Getting to know The directors philosophy...
After many years of taking his dancers to conventions, Bryan wanted to create a convention like no other. He believes the most important part of being the director is putting together a faculty that believes as he does... the students should ALWAYS be the main focus, they are #1!
The faculty will always share their passion and knowledge with the dancers at Razr Dance Convention in a positive and supportive enviroment. This is one of the things that makes RDC stand out.
We promise each and every dancer will leave inspired, motivated and with new knowledge that will help them grow when they return to their home studios. They will be excited to continue their training after working with our faculty.
We put the dancer FIRST. It is important to RDC to always support the home studios. We respect the hard work and dedication the studio has instilled in their dancers.
